$100 through Stripe, one payment per person. Everyone who comes along pays their own entry — riders and chase crew alike.

Every rider signs before the start. Print it, sign it, bring it. Out there you are responsible for yourself and your route.

Every bike carries a tracker
Fit the tracker, install the mopeds.lol app, and set yourself as the active rider whenever you take over. Friends, family and the folks who bet against you watch the whole thing on the live map.
